About Susie

Susie-Alemian-DeLuca is a licensed acupuncturist, who received her Master’s Degree from the New England School of Acupuncture in Watertown, Massachusetts. She has been practicing acupuncture and helping people heal since 2002. Susie is a member of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) , the American Acupuncture Council and the Weston A. Price Foundation. Recognizing nutrition as an important factor in physical and mental health, Susie continued her studies in that area to become a certified nutritional therapy practitioner in 2012. She includes nutritional guidance as part of her natural healing services.

As a graduate from the University of Connecticut, Susie received her bachelor degrees in biology and pharmacy. She worked as a registered pharmacist in a hospital setting for seventeen years before pursuing her acupuncturist training.
